Modular terraced houses developed in cooperation with the architectural studio AAPP. Architectural studio AAPP, s.r.o., in collaboration with Skymax Living, supplier of Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF), specializes in modern and economical residential project designs with an emphasis on ecology and affordability. Thanks to cooperation with leading development companies and reliable subcontractors, we are able to efficiently optimize structural solutions and achieve maximum flexibility and efficiency in modular construction.

This RD design is based on the RD UnoFLEX variant with the staircase located within the main volume of the house. By combining three such RD UnoFLEX units, various RD TrioFLEX configurations with two to three floors can be created.

The RD design originated as an effort to create a small house from four 3D LGSF modules (3 x 6 m) with layouts ranging from 3+kk to 5+kk. The RD can have 2 or 3 above-ground floors. We were inspired by a competition from the humanitarian organization Člověk v tísni for small RD designs to accommodate refugees. Subsequently, we developed additional variants of this small RD from LGSF panels.

The design of the single-story bungalow RD SeniorFLEX with 4 residential units was developed as supplementary housing for seniors in a senior resort. Each residential unit is a 2+kk apartment for one or two seniors, adapted for immobile persons. Some variants allow for group housing. For faster construction, the central part of the residential unit (entrance, bathroom, kitchenette) can be realized as a 3D prefa module made of LGSF.

A terraced house variant for two connected families. Based on the RD UnoFLEX concept, connecting two such houses creates a compact development for two residential units.

RD QuartetFLEX is based on RD UnoFLEX; by connecting four such houses, a compact development is formed. Each individual RD UnoFLEX sits on a plot of only 200 m² and offers residential units up to 5+kk with two bathrooms. The RD can be two-story, three-story, or with a recessed third floor.
